How do I unlock chapters with View Coins?

Open a novel, start with the free sample chapters, then tap Unlock on a locked chapter. If you have enough View Coins, the chapter unlocks instantly and stays available on your account.

I bought coins but my balance didn’t update—what should I do?

First, refresh the page or sign out and back in. If your balance still doesn’t update within 10 minutes, contact support with the email on your account and your order receipt (or transaction ID) so we can investigate.

Can I read on multiple devices?

Yes. Your library and reading progress are tied to your account. Sign in on each device to sync your unlocked chapters and last-read position.

How do I reset my password?

Go to Login and choose Forgot password. We’ll email a reset link to the address on your account.

How do I request a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on your purchase method and whether coins were spent. Contact us with your receipt and we’ll review your request and reply with next steps.

I’m an author—where do I get help publishing?

Visit the Author Portal for publishing tools and guidelines. If you’re stuck, message support with your pen name and a link to your work (if published).
